During the Five Deeps Expedition in 2019, the Ultra Deep made history by descending to the deepest point on Earth. After this record dive, the watch that changed the game was adapted into a unique collection aimed at the general public. Tested in real ocean conditions during its design, the design is waterproof up to 6,000 meters deep and complies with the standard for saturation diving watches ISO 6425:2018. This model in robust 45.5mm O-MEGASTEEL features a polished black ceramic bezel featuring a Liquidmetal™ diving scale. Its protruding domed sapphire crystal covers a lacquered dial with a gradient effect ranging from blue to black, and features hands and indexes in 18K white gold, coated with white Super-LumiNova. The watch is fitted with a rubber strap with lining cyan and an O-MEGASTEEL folding clasp, while the grade 5 titanium medallion on the case back bears the laser-engraved Sonar emblem with the iconic OMEGA seahorse at its center. The watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer 8912 movement.
