The OMEGA Railmaster watch from 1957 was a practical and stylish anti-magnetic model, designed for railway employees and those working near electrical fields. An innovative industrial spirit, now reincarnated in a contemporary collection. Against the backdrop of this denim-inspired model, the symmetrical 40 mm case, crafted from stainless steel, is decorated with a wave pattern. The vertical satin-brushed “blue jean” dial features satin-brushed stainless steel hands and hollowed-out indexes filled with light grey Super-LumiNova. In the centre, the beige seconds hand and the transferred “Railmaster” wording add a vintage touch. The caseback remains in the same position under all conditions thanks to the NAIAD LOCK system. Presented on a blue denim and leather NATO strap, the watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8806, which is resistant to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss.
